Gorse Motors Ltd on the Gorse Industrial Estate in Barnham Thetford, was set up in 1987 as an independent MOT bay, but such was customer demand plans were changed and we invested in a workshop. Expansion followed and Gorse Motors grew into the efficient, independent garage that it is today. 

The Garage serves Thetford and the surrounding area for all types of  services, such as MOT’s seven days a week; Full and Interim services carried out to the manufacturer’s specification, MOT’s are half price with a full service. There is a Fast Fit Centre which covers all aspects of; Tyres; Exhaust; Batteries; Brakes; Clutch and 4 wheel alignment.

Gorse Motors also specialise in Timing Belt (Cam belt) replacement which is a vital part of the Engine that needs to be changed at certain intervals. If your Vehicle has Air conditioning it is important that you make sure you have a Test and recharge or a Cleanse of the system, just give us a call on 01842 890304.
Engine work ranges from, Non starting; Full tuning; Tracing and repairing oil leaks; Strip and rebuild or complete replacement. We have the very latest electronic diagnostic equipment to trace and repair any engine management fault and to include; Anti lock brakes (ABS); Air bag and seat belt (SRS); Service lights and key codes.

Petrol or Diesel - we can now offer you Performance upgrades. Electronic plug in digital boxes or Serial port programming to give you a massive increase in torque and power. With the Performance Box you can simply connect into the vehicles loom via genuine water proof plugs, connect to the battery and drive. With the serial port programs, we simply plug into your ECU and rewrite and upgrade the performance file.   
Gorse Motors Have a Full recovery service that will collect any vehicle any where. There are now plans to open a Class seven MOT bay and extend the workshop facilities even further.
